Aventro score × Fund Fit
Europe saw 8,626 venture deals last year. Most of the companies behind them were never read past the deck, and the reason one was rejected left with whoever rejected it.
Why Aventro
For every company your fund backs, it looks at a hundred. Aventro reads every one against your Fund DNA, the mandate, the cheque and the return you need. Claims show where they came from, the deck, the data room or the public register. Your team works the deal in one place, from the first question to the IC memo. And every decision stays in your fund’s institutional memory, the one dataset nobody can sell you.
See it, stage by stageOne workspace for the whole process, and every decision feeds the next screen.
Every deck lands in one pipeline: forwarded to your own address, uploaded, imported, or shared by the founder.

Ask about a deal, your pipeline or your fund. It reads the record, drafts the work, and nothing is written until you confirm it.
It also fills a field, invites the company, reads a file you drop in and drafts your IC memo.

When the deck, the accounts and the call disagree, you see all three and the question to send the company.
Competitors found and placed on the map, and a partner told apart from a rival by the document that shows it.

No. Aventro screens, checks and drafts. A person on your team records the decision, with their own reasons, and Aventro does not give investment advice.
You set your Fund DNA: stages, sectors, cheque size, geography, business models, return targets and exclusions. Every deal is scored against it, and each score names the version it used, so changing it never rewrites an old score.
Only what you send it. A founder you invite answers your requests and completes the company’s record. Your Fund Fit, your diligence and your decision stay inside your fund.
Each claim is matched against the register it should appear in, such as company registers, the global LEI index and SEC EDGAR. An official register outranks a commercial aggregator, which outranks the open web, and a claim that rests only on the founder’s word is labelled that way.
Nothing that writes. It reads the record and drafts a request, a field, an invitation or a comparison. A person confirms each one before it is saved, and it is recorded as that person’s action.
Yes. Bring your pipeline in from a spreadsheet and your past decisions into Memory, so the next deal is screened with your history behind it.
Documents are encrypted per deal with AES-256-GCM, access is per deal and per person, and model calls run with zero data retention. The subprocessor list is public.
